cops..

Can i get arrested for having 8 plants with 2 1000 watt lights in my garage in a tent. I have my doctors rec and i live in so.cal. has any body had a experirnce with police dep? Thanks.. This is all personal smoke for me and my older neighbor who has his rec too.

if you live in socal and have a card, i'd think the cops are the last thing you'd have to worry about..

I got carbon filters and all that... But i just want to know what the cops would do in my situation that i have... My buddy had like 10 bushes out door and some one called the cops and he showed his brothers and his rec and the cops just said "just keep it low cuz we dont want to come back on a robbery call....

Dude, you're fine. Just don't tell a lot of people. Less people the better. Even if you grow in a state where its 100 percent illegal you will be fine. The best way to get caught is telling a lot of people. Only tell people you trust 100 percent and known for over 30+ years.

technically the law is 6 mature and 12 immature plants. So yes if you have 8 plants in flower and the cops want to bust you yes they can. Should be no worries....It is very mellow here in Cali but you should know the laws and what you can and can't do with you med card.
