Cooling Greenhouse with Swamp Cooler?

I'm looking to purchase a greenhouse soon but having difficulty finding what size swap cooler would be appropriate.

The greenhouse will be 8'x24' I'm not sure of the total height but looks like it would be 8' at the highest point.

Here is a link for the one I'm considering buying, last one on the list:

I'm living in the high dessert in California and it's known to get up to 110F+ in the summer here with the average high in July being 105F.

Would I be going by the total volume and CFM being exchanged every 1-2 min?

I have my eye on this model with a 3500 CFM rating but thinking it might be over kill:

https://www.growerssupply.com/farm/supplies/prod1;gs_cooling_fans-gs_evaporative_coolers;pg112852_112853.html

Even if the greenhouse was a cube shape at 8x24x8 that would bring the total volume to 1500 cubic feet which would be way less than what the cooler is rated.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am pretty new to growing in a greenhouse.

I know it's not ideal but I have neighbors that live pretty close and would like to keep the plants somewhat concealed even though I am a medical grower I don't want to be too obvious.

I don't think that shed would get adequate sun man.. You could fence in a 15' x 15' area cheaper n get more sun and neighbors cant see. Maybe get some shade cloth for them real hot days

That does sound like a good option, in my county they don't allow outdoor grows so I would still need to have the plants in a greenhouse however.

My next concern is smell, I've read that carbon filters don't perform well in greenhouses due to the high humidity and ozone generators are a good option. Do you have any thoughts on this?

Also back to the original question about cooling requirements, anyone live in the high dessert and can comment on what CFM swamp cooler would be needed for approximately 1500 cubic feet green house?

If you use shade cloth on a greenhouse or carport frame then you don't need a swamp cooler.. Get the right color shade cloth and it will look exactly like a carport.
Best of luck!

After doing some more research it looks like even growing in a greenhouse may be not an option according to this :

" (c) No outdoor cultivation or growing of medical marijuana shall be permitted within the unincorporated areas of San Bernardino County. Any cultivation not inconsistent with California State law, or this Code, as such laws may be amended from time to time, shall at all times occur indoors, in a secure, locked, and fully enclosed structure that includes solid walls, and a ceiling, roof or top."

I'll be making a new thread about planning for a indoor grow now.
