Cooling design help? Anyone please...!

Hi,
I'm designing what I'm planning on building next weekend..
I already have all the parts for my box minus the wood because I haven't settled on a design...

I want to make the fan push air through the reflector possibly because if it pulls it through it will pull contaminated(Smelly!!) air up into the reflector and out of the box bypassing the filter..

I was thinking instead of having it suck air thru the filter and blow it right thru the reflector..but I know there could be lots of problems with the design that I'm not forseeing..

If anyone can forsee anything, any troubles at all, or has any tips or input on it I could really use some criticism right now.

Attached is a quick pic I threw together, trying to make the box as soundproof, smell proof, and the outbound air flow to be as quiet as possible..

Thanks for reading, I look forward to anything you have to say, seriously, call me an idiot, just please don't forget to put WHY!

Sorry I guess this would be helpful to add: that's going to be a 400watt HPS in this box..

A Fan is always more efficient at sucking air than blowing it. I would have the fan close to the exit sucking all the air. Also put the tubing entirely horizontal by hanging it all from the cieling. Bends reduce airflow (except when being sucked cause its a vaccuum whereas blowing it'll hit the bends and create drag.)
