IS IT GOOD FOR THE PLANT TO MIX YOUR COOL WHITE LIGHTS WITH YOUR WARM WHITES DURING FLOWERING OR IS THIS JUST A STEP TAKEN IF YOU DON'T HAVE GOOD LIGHTING?

Now, for vegetative growth you should choose the 'cool white' light. This is also acceptable for flowering, but a 'warm white' light will be better as it is stronger in the red end of the light spectrum which is more suitable for flowering.

So It's Not Gonna Be Better For My Plant In Any Form To Mix The Lighting During Flowering?

So The Cool Whites Have The Red Spectrum Needed For Flowering Just Not As Much As The Warm Whites Is That Correct?

It will be better for your plant to have a mixture of cool (blue) and warm (red) lighting in flowering - this is much closer to what nature intended and helps the plant to maximise its 'genetic potential'. Use a balance of about 3 warm whites to 1 cool white.

Correct - both warm and cool white lights contain the full colour spectrum - they just output the various wavelengths in different quantities.

I'm sure I've read in quite a few places that if you mix the blue and red spectrum throughout the whole grow you will get better results than just using blue for veg and red for bloom

Yes. Plants take from both ends of the spectrum throughout the whole process. it's just that one is better at one and the other the other. Also, having both at once throughout the grow will give you better quality bud.

I'm sure there will be ideal times to swap bulbs if you are only using one light, i just don't know what they are. mogie informed me that seedlings are more inclined to red, whereas at the second and third week of veg' (or 3rd and 4th, can't remember which) the plants take in more light from the blue spectrum. This is a subject I keep meaning to look into.

It will definitely not be a problem. Remember the more light the better. Good luck!!
