cooking super soil

I've mixed up the super soil and while not really fully understanding how the cooking process works I left the soil outside in colder temps. Temps have been between 28 at the lowest at night and about 70 the highest during the day. I'd say the average was around 50. I have since moved it inside. Is everything still going to break down properly being put in those temperatures?

I have it sitting in an empty room currently. Temperatures around 70. Am I still good to go or should I just go ahead and start it over. Its only a 20 gallon mix so it wont be a big deal to redo. Thanks!
