So im about to convert my shed into a greenhouse.

im going to replace the roof with corrigated plastic and then put a layer of bubble rap under it. it also has 2 roller doors im going to leave up and put the plastic with bubble rap over that. on the side it has a door and a window.

im vegging a few plants indoor to about 6ft and then ill stick them into the shed to flower. at the moment there is 10.5 hours of sunlight. im going to run a gas heater to control temps caz it gets cold at night.

my questions are if i leave the door and window open during the day will this be enough ventulation?

there is 10.5 hours of sunlight 8 hours will be direct, is this enough?

is this setup ok? will this let enough light in?

any advice is welcome on improving my design.

the sun is really low and runs across those roller doors so thats where 90% of the light will come in from.

im going to growin them hydro in 100litre pots so hopefully i should get monsters in there.

do u think leaving the door and window open is enough for venting? and just closing it up at night with a heater at night

you could if you have a fan inside to move air around
the more air movement in the room the better
it brings in co2 and
strengthens the stems up
always have moving air one way or another
feel free to ask anything bro peace

what temperatures does it get to at night? cold cold, or just chilled? plants enjoy a drop of about 15-20 degrees from day to night if i recall correctly.

Wow, must be in alaska to still have those cold temps. Grow spot does look cool. I recommend looking into solar and automation. If you can find out how to rig the doors and windows to open at certain temps, then get some solar power to run fans and automation. That would be kickin!
