Converting grow locker help/suggestions?

Hi I have this locker, the inside dimensions are 15" Length x 14 1/2" width x 32 1/2" height. I'm thinking of using roleadro 2nd generation 300w led or a king plus 600w. Thoughts on what one I should use?
Should I make a big enough hole in the back near the top or bottom for the light cord? Should I remove that piece of wood on the inside at the top?

i would leave the wood if its secure. if i were you i would drill two holes for chords one at top for lights and maybe fan and one on bottom for fans/whatever else you might need to power. i also would drill two 4 or 6 inch holes on the sides to run some ventilation. paint the inside white as well. nice locker. do you plan on installing carbon filter?

Thanks, it was free and I thought it was a pretty nifty locker, figured it would be a nice little grow cabinet considering my plants are in the middle of my floor atm haha. I'll leave the wood it's pretty secure, the frame is holding it in place so I would have to cut it out or something. I was only planning on adding a light, I wasn't going to add a fan unless it got too hot. The locker is in a basement so it stays decently cool for the most part but I am thinking now it might be a better idea to add at least one just in case it gets too warm.. I wont be installing a carbon filter, I don't think there is enough space and I'm not sure if I need one. You think drilling a few holes on the bottom or back might be good for ventilation? I have a bucket of quali-kote semi-gloss finish extra white paint, is that okay or does it have to be flat?

For motivation/ideas... It's just a tad bigger than that locker. Have fun.

Not sure about if glossy paint might be an issue. I know everyone uses flat white usually. Maybe gloss could create hot spots? Idk. Yea you could drill the hole in the back if you want. Not sure if you have a jigsaw of something to cut through it, depending on what gauge it is maybe you could cut it with snips. I would put a hole on the bottom and one at the top.( let cool air in and expel hot air that gathers at top). A fan inside that oscillates would be a good idea though just to get air movement too the stem and leaves to strengthen then. Also stagnant air can promote mold growth

Just placed an order for the Roleadro 300w 2nd Generation should be here in 6 days. I'm also looking at some battery operated fans as I'd rather not have to plug in anything else into the outlet.
@shane Yeah I have a jigsaw, it will probably be better if I cut a hole at the top for the light cord and a little air. I'll add a few holes with a drill along the back and 6-10 holes at the bottom and theres the little vent in the door already. I just hope theres no light leaks.

You think it will be loud with a 300w LED?

The carbon filter and fan might be but you can grab a muffler.
