Converted from Flood and Drain to DTW top feed in CoCo

I just switched over to DTW. I'm running 32 sites on a 3x6 table. Just looking for a few pointers, I have read most of the CoCo threads and want to make sure I'm being as efficient as possible!

As stated above I have 32 sites running from a PVC manifold I built using an idea found on another forum. I'm running CocoTek bricks mixed with 40% perlite, thinking about switching to biobizz coco just for the ease of not rinsing like crazy, thoughts?

Nutrient line up:
40 gal rez.
Tap water ~200 ppm
Dyna-Gro bloom 160ml
Dyna-Gro grow 40ml
Dyna-Gro mag pro 25ml
H&G drip clean 16ml
total ppm ~700
PH 5.8-6.2

Feeding twice a day during lights on for 1 minute each feeding. Looking into getting a timer that does down to seconds rather than minute intervals. Right now per day I am almost filling a 10gal tote with run off. Does that seem like too much?

How does this setup look to the pros? Should I change anything?

From the pic you got raised sections from the lower portion of the pvc and the drip emitters.
this is good cause the lower portion is now a manifold and will or should prime equal. If it dont
just inlarge the lower pvc portion.

Now for the issue i see right off, the feed line coming in will trap water in the system between
watering cycle and could/will cause bactiria to form in your lines thus clogging your emitters.
heat from your lights will bake the water in your lines. Simple fix.....just re fab your input line
so its always lower then you manifold! This will allow water to drain back to the res.

keep us posted

Thank you for the input. I will try to refab that input. I have it like that so it will go up and over the wall of my flood table. I may have to make some legs for the whole system and raise it as a whole that should allow me to get rid of that input.
