I tried to call the number at www.cidly.com and it says non working number and even talked to person live and they gave me a different number and that one didnt work. I was just wanting a price quote and shipping costs. The person wanted my number and I'm sorry but if your number isnt working im not gonna give you mine... But anyone have any contact form to get ahold of them and know of any coupon codes?

if they that hard to get ahold of just think how hold it will be if unit fails and u need warranty work
go with a different company that has better contact and better customer service

that is wierd number most oversees from usa have a country code 3 digits for international calls

go to website and start a chat. give them your email address. Mr. Sing will contact you that way. Heads up, they do not stock pre fabricated units. Each order is done to the customers specs. All fabrication is done in China.
