Connectors

Hi All

I have a new ballast that has a female kettle lead connector..(sorry don't know its actual name)


and the lights im trying to connect it to have a male industrial type connector..




is it possible for me to change the connector on the lights (the male industrial connector) to one that matches the ballast??

will it still work and is it safe to do so??
