Does anyone know the current position of CT for legalizing marijuana? Do we have anything that is being proposed right now? Thanks

the year just started, but Malloy is adament in getting his proposals pasted. Last year one of his 2 or 3 bills passed. It was the decrim one. Anything under a 1/2 ounce and paraphenalia is like a parking ticket.

This year I'm sure he will push for the MMJ one again, maybe even the full legalization one as well.. WHO knows, cross your fingers.

The MMJ one didn't pass because they couldn't get all the wording sorted and it died, the decrim passed in july I think.
