In attempt to cool my DWC, would hooking up 2 computer fans on opposite sides on the top of reseviour be a good idea, 1 fan for intake, one for exhaust?

Couldn't hurt. The airflow is going to cause increased evaporation, the evaporation is a phase change which will draw heat out of you resevior kind of like a swamp cooler.
If you live in a place with a very high humidity then this likely won't work just like a swamp cooler won't work in high humidity.
Take reservoir temps before and after and see if it works. Let us know what happens if you could.
