Complete Aero/Hydro system?

Hello all!
Been reading here for some time now, and wanted to switch from soil to either Aero/Hydro.
Since everything is shit expensive here in Sweden (well according to me)
I searched the net for some info.

Came up with these two systems:
Producer 505

they also offer free shipping for orders over 150euro.

And since I have some problems with my legs/back/neck from time to time due to a car accident I sent out a friend to check how much a pump would cost, he said 30euro for the cheapest and 40-50euro for a decent.
So, the Internet is the solution for me (I guess)

So are those systems (if any) good/decent ?

Also upgrading the lights from 2*55W T5 to either 2*75W or a 250W MH,
and from 150W hps to either a 250/400W in the same time.

I think you are not getting answers because there is no familiarity with those. Plus the pages don't give much about how they actually work under the hood. You should know that before you consider buying. You could probably build them a lot cheaper.
