the problem is... i dont think the light from the hps is hitting all of them from that close, the reflector looks a bit small. I had them further away but i didnt want them to stretch but now im afraid its not hitting them at all.

That hps doesnt look like it is igniting, or maybe you just shut it off. The plants look healthy. I would ditch the cfls and flor tubes and just drop the hps down a bit to about 10" above the top of the plant.

why would i eliminate the cfl's? more light the better...

also about the hps, i had a question about that a week ago. I didnt think it was working correctly... it emits a low orange light, it isnt bright.

All your plants and set is looking good.. i dont know why anyone would advise you to change your lighting :spew: when they obviously are doing the job all i would do is add acouple more cfls.. good job man remember if its not broke dont try and fix it.. happy growing..:mrgreen::blsmoke:
