Coming out of retirement... help me brush up

Ok so I stopped growing about 2 years and I am looking to start up again. I have a good plan design ATM but need some help brushing up on some things.
My stealth grow consists of 2 plants and I plan on doing Scrog or some form of LST in a DWC setup. I am using to storage totes stacked on one another with the top and bottom cut out making one larger tote so to speak. I am planning on using two of these to start with and add two more of these.

I am using FF Tiger Bloom, FF Big Bloom, and FF Grow Big for fertilizers, and will be later using Cha Ching I think. I am not to sure what else if anything alse I should add. I like to keep it simple as less thing can go wrong, but things like super thrive, and sub-culture alway caught my eye.

Now I really need help getting seeds. I am not sure where to get them from "SAFELY" or what to get. I know that it may seem lazy just asking for help but I mean come on we are all potheads right lol.
I am looking for something short obviously, and of course high yielding. But if I had to choose between high yield or high THC then of course the higher THC is the way for me.

Please shoot out any advice you may have and even any tips to help me brush up. I really hope that you guys will tell me what you think of this setup and anyway that might help to improve it. I would really appreciate some insightful links to help jog my memory and learn some new info as well. Thanks a lot fellas later.

Ok so I believe that I will pick up some NYCD for this grow. I am considering doing a journal for all of us to watch but thats a lot of work. I will try to make the Scrog screen from PVC pipe attached to the buck lid with string. I have a PC PSU for the fans I plan to vent with, I actually happen to have 130 CFM delta PC fan. I still need to figure a way to get this going perpetually without having two grow boxes lol.

As far as my nutrients go how does additives like Cha Ching, and beastie bloom from fox farm work?

In the 1st thread I posted links to the bulbs I plan to buy. I would go with an MH/HPS setup but heat will be a major issue inside the totes that are inside a closed closet. I guess I will get a bit more in depth about my setup.

I want to grow some NYCD in a DWC scrog setup. I have two 30 gallon bins that are stacked on top of one another. The top one has the bottom cut out and the bottom one has the top cut out. They are then attached together and a smaller 10 gallon tote is used for a plant container w/ 6" net pots. I have plenty of 120mm PC fans including a 130cfm Delta for ventilation (I have a PC PSU for the fans). I want to mount the screen to the container lid using PVC pipe so that the plants and lid move as one unit during res change. I plan to use Fox Farm(FF) Grow Big, Big bloom, and Tiger Blossom for fertz and want to add some additives a bit later when money gets better. I am only doing two plant at a time and will be taking clones and growing them perpetually. I will also be building a scrubber for the venting so long as I can get my centrifugal back from my buddy.

Seriously if there are any Guru's that think they can add some helpful tips I beg please do.
