colorado medical card work in pittsburgh?

so i live in colorado where nobody cares about weed, even the cops really (getting caught with it is a misdemeanor) but i go to school in pittsburgh where the lawas r a bit more harsh. I want to grow for personal (and close friends) needs in a GrowLab 60 with a bubbleponics kit in my room in my house that i share with 4 other guys but am a bit skeptical about the cops and everything...i was wondering if i get a medicinal marijuana card in colorado, will it work in pittsburgh allowing me to have and/or grow weed somewhat legally?

and also wat do u think the chances r of getting caught, i kno everyone asks this but still...?

scripts are only for the certain state you get it in. you can't take it across state borders and keep the rights you had in colorado. if you were caught in pitt growing or possession, the judge might lower the consequences since you have one, but you're not protected unless you're in the state you got it in.
hope this helps

See nows this is messed up. I know I have scripts for pain meds in NY. I can take my pills to any state with out trouble. Why shouldn 't it be the same. I know PA doesn't have it's medical MJ law yet, but come on. It would make sense don't ya think. It's medicine in his home state. Not an illegal drug.

I understand that. But it shouldn't be that way. If he's got his med card it's medicine and not an illegal drug now. He should be allowed to take it anywhere just like I can take my pills anywhere. But thats not the case. It sucks. Makes it hard to travel if your going on vacation or what ever.

I agree, it is bullshit. that's exactly what it is, MEDICINE! ridiculous people can travel with oxy's and any other pill, but you can't bring greenery. it's just the asshole feds who still don't recognize MJ as a legitimate medicine. such bullshit! everyone who reads this should read the quote in my sig and remember our Founding Fathers grew and smoked the shit out of it!! :peace:

hold up there bros and sistas'.
there are some "recripral" (spelt wrong) cards.
example: colorado has agreement with two states so far. they are montana and rhode island (dont quote me). but its true. just like some of the states with carry and conceal permits.
example again. if you get ccw permit for colorado its good for arizona and a bunch of other states.
so.......colorado does have recriproal agreements with two states so far. not sure on any other states.

good luck.
