Colorado Department of Health FAILED

The Colorado Dept of Health just lost! it was a 4 to 5 vote. It took 13 hours of debating. How can a panel of 9 change a law that took ALL of Colorado to create. This is a huge victory!

Could you elaborate please? What did they just fail at doing?

The DOH did not fail. They succeed in upholding your rights.
I'd give them a thumbs up. I'd send them a thank you note. I think sending them a doobie might be pushing it however.

THEY WERE TRYING TO LIMIT THE AMOUNT OF PATIENTS A CAREGIVER COULD CARE FOR AT 5 AND THE PROPOSAL WAS NOT APPROVED.
