Coldest Weed can Grow?

I was wondering how cold can weed grow at? Yeah its starting to be the summer but i just germinated some seeds today hopefully they will sprout soon. I may leave them outside for the summer but am asking how cold can the plants grow at? is 60 F too cold enough? might try my basement and thats usually how cold it is down there.

i keep my house freezing the plants are in the bathtub and a quick check of the temp down at the base is about 74F but towards the top of the plant, my light and hood throw off some pretty intense heat. optimal is like 75-80ish but temp as far as I know isn't a HUGE factor, concentrate more on water, and light and maybe food, although the plant will grow and produce medicine without food you end up with a better yield if you do feed. again as far as the lowest they can tolerate, I'm not positive on an exact number, but unless it's down in the low 60's or something like that, I wouldn't worry.
