I have a bag of roots organic potting soil and a bag of coco loco what drains better???

If you are just inquiring about drainage, coco is superior to soil in that respect. Coco will require more frequent watering to keep it from drying out. The downside to coco is its weird CEC properties.

Coco drains better on its own. Its a soilless medium so is treated as hydro as far as PH. It also contains anti mould properties and is more aeriated than soils.
Coco and Organic soil are like chalk and cheese. some will say one is better and simpler and others will say the opposite.
If you have experience growing then I don't think either will cause you a problem. I use Coco but there's a lot to be said for organic soils
