Instead of using a liter or gallon jug I'm thinking about a 5 gallon (office water cooler) bottle for a fermentation mixture.
So the CO2 isn't wasted during none growing hours I'm thinking of capping off the top and putting in a valve with a T fitting. The loose end would go into a small bubbler to gauge the CO2 release and be an airlock.
At night the valve would be closed. I'm thinking about hooking up a couple of large balloons to the T so they could act as a preasure release / CO2 resevoir. The balloons would fill with and hold the CO2 produced under preasure. During the grow cycle open the valve and release the trapped CO2 at a mettered rate.
I think this would work. Any ideas??
