CO2 burner custom water cooling advice

I want to buy a co2 burner -> http://watercooledgardens.com/C.A.P...rce=googleps&gclid=CJGz9tWvvLgCFZBaMgod1EQAsg and I need to add water cooling for the device. I am having a difficult time finding how the heat exchanger works in one of these. I assume that I mount a radiator and fan inside the unit above the flames and run both the fan and a water pump into a 55 gallon drum outside the house (preferable buried 10 feet under the soil). Is there a guide online that goes over this? Is there a better way to do this? Also I have a flowering room 19 feet x 13.5 feet by 7 feet tall. Will this produce sufficient co2 for the room? What kind of controller do I need to control the CO2 PPM's with this unit?
