hey bro you still around, I have a few questions for ya. Im moving to Co. in November. I looked at the application and I see I need a Colorado state Drivers License. How long before I can get one of those. Basically how I understand it is I will bring my medical records from the state I am in now, get an application, go to a doctor and discuss the reasons I qualify for medical marijuana use...and thats it?

you need a passport or a state birth certificate to get a colorado drivers license.
you don't need to prove residency or anything. it is actually quite easy.
