Closet to tent transfer

I have two ecstatic gelatos from fastbuds that are currently in a 2x4 closet that has ten foot ceilings. I’m using a 440 cfm intake fan that runs out to the window that is placed up to the ceiling. My light is the spider farmer sf4000. And I have a huge ass fan that puts out 600 cfm to cover so much air intake. Right now my setup is optimal and they are growing great at preflower. What I’m wanting to figure out is if I put them in a 4x4 grow tent and transfer them over to the tent is it going to cause them to stress out changing environments or will they be okay if I run the setup in the tent and set humidity and temp as the closet is. I always use one or the other but space is limited so I have to tent them.

Any changes will cause a plant stress. Will it hurt the plant, I'd say no. I've run indoors then out then back indoors and the plant turned out great at the end of the day. Congrats on the new space!

Move them. They'll be fine.

But why do you need a 440 cfm intake fan? With that size space all you need is that as an exhaust fan and passive intake. In fact in a 4x4 tent you can turn that fan down to half speed with passive intake and get all the air exchange you need.

I originally paid for a cheap 120 cfm intake for like 40 bucks and was just getting it to hide the smell. but somehow instead of giving me the one I ordered they goofed and gave me a Vivosun 440 with the carbon filter and all lol. So I kept it and put it all the way to the ceiling since there so high up. With the tent and light and all the other good stuff, I’d be looking at 107 square for the tent, plus the 30 percent equipment, I’d still have 150 extra cfms so I’ll set it up and see how they go. There in preflower now so I didn’t want to stress em any.

Here’s what they look like if anybody wants to see them before I transfer Monday. I had a 150 watt led that has a few far reds in it last harvest and I pulled about 8 Oz off two plants. This time I used that sf4000 and man that light is a boss. Look how many bud sites it made just by mainlining and lst on dry amendments. I’m hoping the extra space between the plants will optimize them even more.
