You can technically clone an auto, but being there's no true veg period, the clone will be the same age as the mother, meaning it won't have time to grow enough before it self flowers

Can be useful for STS/CS reversal to make seeds. I'm actually impressed your clone was able to get that big before flowering.
(edit) Wait, what's going on here ! Are the 2 pictures you posted taken at the same time ? Why is 1 flowering and the other is not ? Are they on different light schedules ? If so I think you have a photo period. The clone cut seems really big to me to be an auto. How old was it when you took the cutting ? Something smells a bit funny here, and it's not just the plant abuse.
