Cloning and general health questions.

I've posted pics of the plant, I've got one plant and the light system is 2 soft flourencent lights 40 watts each. 2 Cool white flourencent lights, 2 day light flourencent lights. 4 feet long, all focused on one plant. I'm growing in soil, used miracle grow soil. I use soil nutrients every 3-4 days with my watering cycle. 1 teaspoon. I am wondering if it is ready for a clone, it is my first time and I am unsure as to whether it is ready for it or not. And what branch would be most effective to clone. As well as some trimming advice for maximum growth potential. I have not topped the plant yet. Some of the leaves are unhealthy, a few show signs of rotting, is this a sign for concern? The new leaves at the bottom of the stump are growing relatively fast, the plant itself is 2 months old. Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated.
