Yes, they aren't in flower yet either, so it's the perfect time to do it

I d,ont see why not, if you have existing plants inside just be careful to not bring in disease or pests....

It may depend on how far into bud they are

maybe easier to bring the whole plant in reveg

then take cuts

post a pic is best
