Clones

If clones have no roots what are they considered by law? I see them as just a branch nothing more. Just wanting to make sure I stay at the limits of 6 mature &12 immature. I have 4 good vegging plants, 1 that is re-vegging, 2 clones that have roots and are re-vegging. Yeah didn't know about the cycle then :? 1 may or may not be alive I accidently damaged the stalk while transplanting  so it still has root mass & a stalk. 9 cuttings that I'm trying to clone of the damaged plant. The cuttings that have no roots.

I appreciate if anyone can shed some light on the clones/cuttings and if they fall within the 12 immatures limit.

Thanks

thanks for the input dhhbomb

Anyone heard of any cases on unrooted cuttings being counted as plants?

I guess the best bet is not having as many cuttings or if they come chuck the cuttings LOL !

Growing ain't easy and the limits they have are absurd. Just last month a nasty plague of larvae nearly killed my plant.

well technically clones are mature plants and so they technically should be considered one of ur 6 mature plants and... i noticed you said 6 mature (AND) 12 immature... really the law says 6 mature (OR) immature.... i dont know how they look at it mixed tho like 3 mature and 6 immature but i would bet that they would say either mature or immature pick one and thats it..u know...

LOL I seemed to miss the OR :wall:

It looks like certain counties or communities can raise the minimum

either your city or county can have a higher amount or instead of number of plants its how big a grow area... those are the best cuz u can grow vertical and maximize your number of plants.. also i believe that you can be allowed a larger amount if your dr proscribes it .....
