Moodster.... If your clone is at least 14-21 days old (roots clearly established), I'd start the Grow it Green at a half strength dose (1/2 tablespoon per gallon of water) & a half strength dose of SPT (1 tablespoon of SPT per gallon of water). Give your plant one quart (of this combo mixed into the same gallon of water) each week.
.
If growth is steady at half strength, then bump it up to 3/4 strength on the Grow it Green, the next week and ease into a full strength dose of Grow it Green the following week. Use a half strength dose of SPT in this mix, regardless of the Grow it Green strength.
.
Then start your Flower Power at a full strength dose, with a half strength dose of Grow it Green mixed in, at preflower. Again, one quart per week. Use a half strength dose of SPT in this mix, regardless of the GIG or FP mix strength.
.
The other way to go, is to water one week (full strength dose of SPT), then fertilize the next (no SPT). If you go that route, just use two quarts of your mix every two weeks, for each plant. Either way, gets the job done. This is the one I use, water (with SPT) one week, fertilize the next (no SPT) in continual rotation.
.
Drop the GIG, during the last month of flowering and use only the FP. Save the SPT also, since you will already have an established population of micro-beasties in your root zone working 24/7 to get things done.
.
Hope this helps....

Moodster.... I'm always glad when I help convert someone to Organic Growing. It's just so much better for your plants and after harvest - You.
I love smoking, sweet, smooth, fat frosty buds - with no chem aftertaste.

Thanks for the + rep.

Moodster.... Clones love Worm Castings. The WC will add lots of highly soluble trace minerals and good micro-beasties, plus some real gentle N (.1 % soluble / .9 % insoluble). I would top dress, 1/2 to 1 inch.
.
The foliar feed can be used once a plant has three sets of leaves, up until pre-flowering: at 10 -14 day intervals. Hit the bottoms of the leaves, early in the morning or late in the evening - when it's not hot.
.
If inside : If you foliar feed 15 minutes prior to lights on, you will give them plenty of time to take it in and prevent the possibility of heat damage from water droplets sitting on leaves - then getting blasted with heat from a grow lamp.
.
Hope this helps...
