clones problem need advice...

so i made cuttings last week and after about 5 days pge switched out my smart meter and tripped the gfi unfortunatly I was not at the grow site when that happened and had no idea that the meters were being switched...well anyways I did not go and check on them for 3 days and in those 3 days my clones received no light and no water. As soon as I realized it i fixed the problem about 12 out of 70 seem to have made a recovery and I would like to keep them. They have no established roots yet fyi, but I would like to know if u guys think it is worth keeping them or will they most likely go hermie from the stress they have just received during the most fragile state of their existence.
 
i was thinking that since they don't have roots yet that really there is nothing to worry about but I have never had a problem like this and I dont want them to be thrown away but I dont want a hermie harvest. it actually looks today like about 50% of them are standing up now.
