Clipping Fan Leaves On Budding Babies

ive been told a few different things and ideas on this one...is it advisable to be cutting off big fan leaves so they are not sheilding the buds...a few off each baby each day so not to stress them out and to give buds more room to get bigger...or should you just leave everything until harvest time?

If you want to do that tie them imo. It will use energy to grow back the leaves that it would have spent on bulking up buds so dont cut them
