Let’s say you have a 5x5 with one vipar 600 and one vipar 1000 how many girls is sufficient? Also let’s say there’s no need for odor control but would like to keep heat in check , do you recommend a portable ac? It’s getting hot so I need help..

Sufficient for what? I've seen 5x5 with one plant or 5 in there...

What are the current lights on and off temps in the tent?

What's the room like where the tent is?

Do you have an exhaust and or circ fans in there?

Current temp with circulation fans is at 93
Room is completely blacked out it’s a shed conversion. Looking at 6 girls ..have ac for the shed itself but wondered if portable ac for tent would be better

If I'm looking at the same lights you're going to need more light. You only have 374 watts total.

Your extraction fan exhausting from tent should be to the outside of the shed. You stated you had AC for the shed itself, is it running in the shed and still inside tent is 93? Are you exhausting the shed AC to the outside?

As of right now I’m not even running the wall mount ac because I’d like to know if that would be better than a portable I could place in the tent ?

With 6 plants and a hot shed you're better off keeping the portable outside of your tent and inside the shed.

Cool your shed, and you will cool your tent.

Option 1; Turn the wall mount on and see how it affects your tent temps over the next 12-24hours. I am sure you will see an improvement...if that ain't enough, utilize the portable inside the shed as well and exhaust it to the outside.

Option 2; If you don't want to use the wall mount, turn on the portable inside the shed and see how it affects temps over the next 12-24hours...if that ain't enough to lower tent temps, turn on the wall mount.

Good luck

Portables are less desirable in most cases.

I might use the window banger. Connect the AC into the tent if possible, via ducting. Hot AC exhaust blows outside.

But the above is running sealed, you probably have to supplement Co2.

My hell. Lol
