Cleaning and Reusing Plastic Planter Pots...

I have been using 1 gallon protein powder jugs for a perlite / vermiculite hempy grow and was wondering how to clean and reuse these jugs. I will be doing so in the kitchen sink. Will just using dish soap and hot water be sufficient or should I use bleach or hydrogen peroxide?

i use the same pots all the time, all i do is wash in the bath with only slightly dialuted bleach in the bath, then fill the kitchen sink with boiling hot water, and wash with a new spounge, then rinse with cold water, then you will be set to go again, hope this helps.
