This year we decided to celebrate cinco de mayo (it's a reason to party and have good food too). So if you happen to be in the neighborhood come on over. We are having lots of Mexican food. I lived in Texas for many years so I know how to make the real thing. Yes we are having hand rolled tamales but I am not rolling them myself. LOL
