He is not for legalizing drugs as much as he is for the Feds stepping out of a Futile war and letting states decide on what they want to do. So in Oklahoma they hate drugs and that is that.... Move out of that state to another who has a different viewpoint. This needs to be understood by the older or inept voters who just think Dr Paul wants to blanket legalize it.
Most Laymen refer to both Prison and jail as just jail. Dr. Paul knows that as president he constitutionally would not be able to have the power to Pardon a person for crimes prosecuted and commuted by a STATE.
