choosing lights for this particular grow?

what would be the best choice of lighting in a 40 cm x40 cm x 120 cm stealth grow tenth? I know most of you will say hps.....but I'm trying to consider any other options.....something that won't spice up the electrical bill that much.thank you

flourescent tubes or compact flourescent light bulbs

on what wattage min? I heard it has to be at least 3000 lumens per sq feet.....anyone tried this low??

If you are feeling real brave, I was considering the new LED technology. that would be your best bet as far as stealth. but, going with those lights is kinda testy, technology is too new. your best bet with budget in mind is to go with some CFL's. Lumens is the measurement of light available to the human eye. Plants use light in many spectrums that we cannot see. Im new at the hobby myself so i'm not sure how people gauge the right amount of light for a certain space, but lumens is not the answer... Good luck though...
