Cheapest way to cool?

Hey guys. I'm looking for the cheapest way to cool my closet using this light system. The closet dimensions are
48.5 cm depth 19.1 in
172.5 cm height 67.9 in
118 cm width 46.5 in

PS.: I have this fan (ImageShack - Hosting :: fanky7.jpg) which is pretty strong. Would the odor be TOO strong if I kept the door open and the fan on 24/7? Would it cool it enough?

My first grow was in a closet with the door open and a fan on... an that was 400w hps! Yes it would work to cool but the smell is dangerous, I was very lucky I didn't get caught.

Cheapest way to cool is to grow in the winter and pump in outside air.

the smell will reach your neighbors place as well ... a few killer plants will stink like hell and anyone of your neighbors will get a wiff of it. and that could be a bad situation of they dont like pot

what if the plants elevation is higher that the neighbors?

not something i care to risk . marijuana stinks to high heaven and all the air i vent from my OP goes thru a carbon filter. i wont risk my freedon based on "what if"
