I needed a weekly timer and my hardware store didnt have an intermatic or any type of weekly timer. They said they could get one I about a week.
I came up with a cheap timer. I had two little plugin type timers. They cost $5.00 at harbor freight. I hooked up the two timers together plug timer 1into timer 2, and set timer 1 for 1 hour and set timer 2 for 8 hours. That means it would run the pump 1 hour every 3 days.
Timer 1 Timer 2 Time equivalent per days
1hr 12hrs 1hr every other day
30min 8hrs 1/2hr every 3rd day
1hr 6hrs 1hr every 4th day
1hr 5hrs 1hr every 5th day
1hr 4hrs 1hr every 6th day
1hr 3hrs 25min 1hr every 7th day
and so on and so on and so on.
