Cheap lights, Ballasts, and Hoods

WHERE Do I get these for a good price the guy at the local hydro store is trying to charge me $480 for a hood ballast and 1000w hortilux!! I need 4 600w hps 4 hoods 4 ballasts

i just bought 10 ballasts for £70. 10 hoods for £80 all new. im now looking for some bulbs to go with them and ill be selling them all seperatly for a fair price. if you dont mind having used ones they are dirt cheap

iv never seen a ballast like that. iv bought seperate componants before and bought and modified security lights before and the transformer only has either 2 or 3 cables, depending if it needs a igniter/starter. the one in the diagram has 7!!??
