Based on a couple of models I've tested in the last 2 grows. I've settled on these:

The one you linked to doesn't look like it would have sufficient bands, I've noticed some of these really cheap one's lately (like the one you linked to) with only red/blue/2 bands. I'd be a little nervous about going that low end but then again at that price they're cheap enough to try. hell at that price I might try some for supplementary/side lighting but I doubt these will be as effective as 7/9 band panels. I can vouch for the one's I linked to, running a small one (150W) side by side with the 405W I originally started with (which grew my plants ut very well). It's outperforming it, have the 150W over one flowering plant and it's taking off ahead of the other 2 plants covered by the 405W panel. Happy enough with these (linked above) that I've ordered another 150W to go in my clone/mother tent (2x150W), and a 450W to go into my new room for next grow (will be running the 405W+450W to grow 8 plants). At these prices I'm willing to try them, if you got one decent grow out of them, they've paid for themselves. Here's a pic, proof is in the pudding and all that, these things work, and not just work, they work well. Would never considering switching to any other form of lighting. No heat, no noise, grow your plants fast, $40/month average in total energy costs to run a closet grow with 3 good sized plants, what's not to like?
