cheap grow!!! starting to flower 1st grow any suggestions

hey everyone ive been logging my grow periodicaly and i was wondering if anyone had suggestions or if im doing anything right. Any help or advice is welcomed.

2- 40w cfl 2700k
4-15w cfl
1-14w uv reptile light

get a fan on them and i herd that the reptile lights only put off heat other than that your doing the best you can maybe paint some cardboard preferably wood flat white
