I bent it a little more , before I saw this post, gonna run out and get that rubber wireNeeds more bendy...I am not sure about those plastic ring things either...they have some edges on them...could cut into your plant as it bends itself back up...work that bend a little more...gradually, slowly bend it a bit more...But go easy as it should not take much to get that over a bit more. Hit your local nursery and get some of that rubber coated wire and/or bevel the edges of those things and take that edge off.
Thank you!Not enough. The top needs to be below the lower growth.
Also, using twist ties is a bad idea for training . They can cut into the stem. Try twine or something with a wider diameter.

Went to dollar tree yesterday and tried againView attachment 4846438
Looks like a good job to me! The plant probably feels like Hannibal Lecter, though, when they’re wheeling him around...Yeah, so it looks like it has already grown back up

They like it when you rough them up a little bit. Keeps things exciting.Loll thank you!
As much as I handled her yesterday trying to figure out what I was doing, she rebounded well
If that becomes an issue, can’t he just loosen the restraints and have the plant reach toward light?IMO it’s too much and too low now. When it spreads out it’s going to be a bitch to water. I tie my bottom tight and then slightly bend toward the outer edge. More of a smooth arc. You have a hard bend at soil height
It just looks like it’s being ripped out of the ground (almost) it makes me nervousIf that becomes an issue, can’t he just loosen the restraints and have the plant reach toward light?
