Changing light schedule during flowering

Right now im on 5th day of 12/12 and my schedule is on at 12pm and off at 12am but this is not working out for me because of my work schedule so I want to change it to on at 8am off at 8pm. Will I harm/hermie them if tonight I thurned the light off at 8pm and turned it on at 8am so they still get 12 hours dark period?

I have done that in the past with no issues. They are just getting a short day but the same night period.
