CFL's...

I will be growing NL #9 this week, once they arrive. Ordered them from Attitude. I'm going to plant 3 feminized seeds. How many CFL's do you guys think i need (daylight 6500k) should I buy, for 3 (seeds) plants.

You guys think 4 or 5 CFL's 23wtts or 32wtts day light 6500k is good?

Then for 12/12 cycle. I will do 5 cfls, 42wtts 2700k..?
Also, how much lumens should each put out the 2700k and 6500k

you'll be ok for vegging but you'll be better off for flowering with 75 watts of cfl per plant. that will give you a little less than 5,000 lumens per plant. the minimum recommended light is 3,000 lumens per square foot and many people with stronger lights go for 7,000 - 10,000 lumens per square foot.

cfl 13 actual watts/60 equivalent: 850 lumens
cfl 26 actual watts/100 equivalent: 1,750 lumens
cfl 42 actual watts/150 equivalent: 2,750 lumens
cfl 68 actual watts/250 equivalent: 4,200 lumens
