Cfls And Seedlings

How many cfls do i need for 13 seedlings and what wattage do they need to be?Im only using them for seedling stage i have a MH for veg And a HPS for flower.

I like to use 23 watt 5000k cfls. That's what I use on my seedlings. I have 8 for 7 seedlings. You can use 6500k but Ive found better response to 5000k and they are easier to find. I would say prob at least 12 23watt 5000k or you can go a little bigger cfl and get a reflector with it and use less lights it's just a matter of what you have to spend and your setup/space.

Just make sure they are at least 5000k bro. More isn't always better. Just rememeber that.

How much for the tube and reflector cost?is it cheaper then the individual ones?

Yes and no. Cheaper to start with cfls win but in the long run I think a t5 ho setup is the best. Especially for seedlings. With a t5 you have to buy the whole setup but don't have to move and adjust lights everyday.

does loews sell the t5 setup?

Eh they might. I know home depot does. They have t5 HO setups.
