hey anyone know where i can get a 100 watt cfl light and what would be good for one plant in one of those computer cases for growing and watt type of soil should be used

Check out this site.

You should order one 2700k and one 6500k bulb, so you can switch em up for veg and flowering.
Any of the bulbs on that page would be adequate for 1 plant in a PC case!

i think the highest wattage that is easily controllable in a pc case is around a single 125w bulb

check out v12's pc case grow journal https://www.rollitup.org/grow-journals/161995-pc-case-grow-stealth-perpetual.html he used a 125w envirolite at first and done very well with it, hes now upgraded to a 100w cmh bulb
