cfl veg/hps flower

alright so i want to veg under cfl's and throw them under a 400 watt hps for flower, i want to do 4 ladies max give or take. so my question is how much wattage of cfl do i need to veg? think this you should work out alright for me? i know there's more to it but lighting is my concern.

wrong place for this?, should i go to the lighting section?

prolly bout 200w or so of cfl

I use 110 watt of t5s for my veg check my journal all my plants been vegged by it.I also use a 400 watt to flower.So i would say use 100 watts worth of cfls or you want more get a 150 hps.
