CFL Lumen okay for Bloom

So i have been growing with about 23,400 total Lumen for veg right now 8 CFL spirals and 2 2ft T5HO. Plants have been growing great, some pics in my other posts... My goal is about 3 oz's i have 3 plants so about an oz a plant. I estimate my plants to be about 2.5ft during flower... I have 2 2ft 4,800 lumen each T5 for bloom and then 8 CFL spirals that are 1600 lumen each and 2700k my grow tent is small thats why i wouldn't use an HPS. it'll be too close to my plants... should i maybe add more CFL's? Or do you guys think that what I have right now could do the trick?

Soil: Happy Frog (Fox Farms)
Pot: 3 Gallons for each plant
Nutes: Tiger Bloom/Big Bloom
Tent: 3x2x5
Lumens for Bloom: 22,400
Exhaust: Carbon Filter 4in Inline Fan
Strain: Strawberry Cough and Big Bud

Plant height about 8 inches now going to flip in about 4-5 days.

Thanks everyone :) Plants are topped also... Not LSTed. I know i could LST to maximize yield but at this point I'm just wondering with my current situation what you guys think :bigjoint:

using cfl they do stretch but about 30 % less then hps. the finish height my guess would be about 15 to 20 inches total . I would veg at least a foot tall . makes a huge difference. and for flower I suggest every last watt you can throw at them . more light more yield. this is where the light matters most in flower .

I would use HPS but i feel like with my tent size is too small, might get too hot...
