CFL Lighting

Hey, Today I asked my friend to pick me up some CFL's. He got the wrong ones so I'm wondering if 3 23 watt CFL's that put out 1600 lumens each would work. I'd thought I'd just ask before I go back to the store and return them. It's for Veg.-

sounds good, but remember, the more the better!
if its the 6600k then your good..
instead of returning to get another kind, just keep those and keep adding bulbs

You're looking for daylight when vegging and softwhite during flower. Of course, mixing them will work as well.

Wellll, I ended up cracking one while setting up my new Veg Box. Soooo, I'll just return it and buy the right ones. I feel like I wasted a thread. Sorry pals. Thanks for the advice though.

Try to get the 42W CFL's; you can get the 6500K Daylights for pretty cheap online. 1600 lumens is not much at all...

Okay so now I have two 42watt 2700k cfl's. Will that be enough for one plant? I have a 26watt cfl with 6500k I could put in if it's not enough.
