CFL lighting 24/7 or 18/6

I was just wondering if anyone can tell me what works best for them when vegging with CFL's...24/7 lighting or 18/6 lighting

I used 24/0 on my first grow. However, after speaking to an associate at a grow shop, it would be interesting to see 20/4. The reason being that in nature there is no 24/0 light, and the 4hr of darkness allows the plant to 'rest' *his words*.

Marijuana plants do not need "rest".. some plants yes.. marijuana.. no.. :blsmoke:. Alot of people swear by 18/6, but 24/0 is scientifically better..

24/7 means your bill will go up non stop sicne it will be on everyday for about 2 months
but its good cuz u dont need any dark time for veg. only for flower and i bet it will help it grow alot bigger.

I have one plant in hydro which I did 18/6 and I one plant in soil and I did 24/7 on it...now that they are both fully grown and 30 days into flower...I can not tell any difference at all.
