cfl grow help

I bought a 65watt Flourex Bulb, 4550 Lumens, Color temp 6500K, ave life 10,000 hrs and 3 100watt replacement cfl(2700K) and I was wondering if this will veg two plants and flower one plant.

depends how big they are but i would say more lights needed for sure

yes and no, you need more light if you dont want loose fluffy buds.
